Once the order has been placed and purchased on our website by credit card, debit card, PayPal or deferred payment with Scalapay, the preparation of the chosen model begins.
Each model has a sewing time specified in the product information: 2 - 3 months for the guest (the exact sewing time is indicated in the detailed information that you will find in each model) and 3 - 4 months for the bride.
Once your model has left the sewing workshop, we will send you an email or an SMS to inform you that the model is finished and on its way to the delivery address that you provided us when placing your order.

"If I have tried it on at home, the dress doesn't fit me well, can I return it?"
- Yes, we accept exchanges and returns as long as the dress is in perfect condition. Browse our return policy .
"Can I buy 2 dresses to try on and then return the dress that doesn't fit me?
- No problem but the dress has to be purchased in size, not custom made. Then we can fix the dress you want and return the design you don't want.
"How far in advance should I buy a dress?"
- We recommend purchasing the dress you need as soon as possible so that the design has the necessary sewing time and you are more relaxed knowing that there is still time between receiving the dress and your event.

"How do I have to measure myself to buy my custom dress?
- We advise that it is best to have a third person measure you with a sewing measuring tape. We will send you a measurement chart with the measurements we need as well as instructions to measure each of the areas. We are always available for you to ask us any questions.
"Can I buy it by size, try it on at home, and send it back to you so you can fit me?"
- Yes, you send it to us again and tell us the adjustments you need us to make. The cost of the repairs is determined based on the repairs you need. We will give you a budget before making them so you can decide if you prefer to make them with us or with other dressmakers.
